GAVIN AINSBY, BA (HONS), FCMA, CGMA
Accounts Manager
Gavin is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 25 years industry experience within the field of Media finance both in the UK and internationally. During this time, he has developed extensive strategic and operational knowledge across Print and Digital Publishing, Events, Marketing, TV Production and Broadcasting, providing financial analysis and strategic support to deliver business targets. He joined Wilkins Southworth in December 2021, deciding it was time to see what life was like on the “practice” side of the accountancy fence! In his spare time, he plays golf (badly), enjoys fishing and is a Crystal Palace FC (F.A. Cup Winners!) season ticket holder.
TEFFANI ANTON AMALANATHAN
Trainee Accountant
Teffani joined Wilkins Southworth in 2023 after graduating from university with a Chemistry degree. Throughout her career at Wilkins Southworth, she has gained experience in a wide range of areas including Payroll, individual tax affairs, VAT, Company Secretarial whilst simultaneously studying for the ACCA qualification. In her spare time, Teffani enjoys playing badminton, swimming and spending time painting.
SROOD BAKI
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Srood is an ACCA finalist with more than six years of experience in UK public practice. including the preparation of statutory accounts and tax compliance. Prior to transitioning into accountancy, he spent 12 years working across various sectors within the sales industry, gaining a broad commercial perspective. Outside work, Srood is a passionate Formula 1 and football enthusiast and enjoys hiking and unwinding with a good TV series.
Anne Coumidis BSc. (Hons), FCA
Audit Manager and Tax Manager
Anne joined Wilkins Southworth in 2002, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in 1991, including three years in Litigation Support. She has also experienced working in industry, having fulfilled the role of interim Finance Director for a newly-listed AIM company. Her expertise covers all aspects of business accounting and auditing as well as corporate and personal taxation, business start-ups, cashflow projections, and property and charity accounting. She advises on tax-efficient structures, overseas residency issues and many ad-hoc issues for our clients including, of course, the completion of their Tax Returns. When not working, Anne is invariably playing or watching tennis.
ROB DYKES
Practice Manager/Bookkeeper
Rob has over forty years’ experience in the commercial and financial services sectors. Initially, a management accountant before a career change led to senior roles as a Learning and Development manager across a range of technical, operational and management disciplines. He returned to the accounting arena in the last few years to support the day-to-day operational activities of the practice. Rob is also an independent governor of Richmond and Hillcroft Adult Community College.
WAQAS U DIN FARHAN, FCCA
Senior Accountant
Waqas is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with over eight years of experience in practice. Since joining the firm in July 2022, he has gained extensive experience in financial reporting and advisory services for a diverse range of clients, including SMEs and charitable organisations. His expertise includes statutory accounts preparation and providing strategic financial insights. Outside work, he remains a cricket enthusiast and an avid reader of history.
AKSHAYA INDRAKUMAR
Graduate Trainee Accountant
Joining Wilkins Southworth in September 2024, Akshaya is a graduate of City University of London, where she earned a degree in Economics and Accountancy. Prior to joining the firm, Akshaya worked as a maths instructor in Wimbledon tutoring children. Off the clock, Akshaya has spent eleven years training in ballet and more recently channels that passion into modern African styles – especially Amapiano and Afrobeats dance.
Sara Khan ACCA
Accountant
Sara joined us as a trainee Accountant and Book-Keeper in July 2021 and is currently finishing her MSc in Accounting and Finance from University of Northampton. She is also an ACCA Finalist with over 1.5 years of experience in the field. She has interned with organisations including Nestlé and ACCA before joining us. In her spare time, Sara loves polishing her Korean language skills, swimming and happens to be a big Marvel fan.
Chris Martin
Accounts Manager
Chris has a wide experience of commercial businesses from both inside and outside business due to extensive working in both practice and commerce. His previous experience includes quarterly group management accounts and statutory financial statements for AIM listed companies, audit, as well as the preparation of financial statements for small and medium size businesses.
Calvin Martin
Trainee Accountant
Calvin, an aspiring individual on the path to becoming a Chartered Certified Accountant, has been working at Wilkins Southworth since 2019. He deals with both corporate and individual clients, gaining wide-ranging experience including the preparation of statutory accounts, corporate tax returns, tax advisory for owner managed businesses and high net worth individuals and company share restructuring. Outside of work, Calvin comes from a History background, is a keen cyclist and enjoys stand-up comedy.
ANITA MILLAR BSC. (HONS), MSC, FCA
Senior Accountant
Anita is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty years’ experience spanning both practice and industry. She trained and qualified with KPMG, having been awarded the KPMG Prize for graduating top of her year at university. Her background includes extensive experience in audit and accounts preparation for clients ranging from sole traders to listed companies. In industry, Anita has held senior finance roles with responsibility for group reporting, business process automation and project management. She currently serves as Secretary of the Chartered Accountants Ireland London Society. Outside of work, Anita enjoys playing the piano, travelling and sailing.
FASIH MOHMAND BSC. (HONS), ACCA
Senior Accountant
Fasih qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant with first time passes in 2020 and has been a national distinction holder with years of experience in the field of Accountancy and Taxation. He is one of our senior accountants looking after a mixed portfolio and responsible for many of our corporate clients. Outside work, he is a cricket enthusiast, a technophile, reads history books and enjoys following contemporary issues.
MARI OKROMELIDZE
Assistant Accountant
Mari joined Wilkins Southworth in 2023 after completing her A Levels and she is currently studying for the AAT qualification. Since joining the practice, she has developed experience in a variety of areas including Payroll, VAT and Company Secretarial. Outside of work, Mari likes to spend time with family and friends, alongside doing volunteering work and playing musical instruments.
CONELL SAREEN
Graduate Trainee Accountant
Joining Wilkins Southworth in May 2025, Conell is a graduate of the University of Bristol where he earned a degree in Economics and Accounting and is currently studying for the ACCA qualification. Outside of work Conell enjoys playing water polo and padel and is an avid Leinster Rugby fan.
ANGUS THORPE
Graduate Trainee Accountant
Angus joined Wilkins Southworth in July 2025 having graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Economics and Politics with the goal of learning, developing and applying his accountancy skills. Outside of work he enjoys watching and playing football and rugby, travelling and reading about history.
CHRISTINE SEYMOUR
PA to Chris Wilkins, Managing Partner and Office Manager
Christine joined Wilkins Southworth in May 2024 bringing with her over 30 years’ experience of administrative experience. She supports the Managing Partner and the team of accountants in the day-to-day operations of the practice as well as liaising with the clients. Outside of work, Christine enjoys Zumba, playing the guitar and (easy) crossword puzzles!
